Coat chicken wings in BBQ Rub and start your grill
Mix together the remaining ingredients and place in a zip top bag.
Heat grill to 250 degrees and add wet wood chips directly to the coals. They must be wet so they smoke and don't catch fire.
Grill wings on each side for 10-15 minutes.
Remove wings from grill and place in the zip top bag. Shake them to coat with sauce. Remove them from the bag with tongs and serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Enjoy!

- 2.0Tbsp BBQ Rub
- 1/2 Sarrano Chili cut in sliced rings
- 4.0oz Moores Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2tsp Ground Cayenne
- 1.0tsp Hot Sauce
- 1/4tsp Red Pepper Flakes
