How to make seriously good bran muffins

My sister loves bran muffins! So I figured I better take it upon myself to make her some seriously good muffins! These are it! Delicious and healthy too! :)

Combine all ingredients, mix gently by hand. Add apples and raisins.

Bake at 330 degrees F for about 17 minutes. Until springy to touch. Don't over bake! :)

Wait for them to cool..(or be like me and taste them right away, burning your mouth in the process ;)) and remove them from the tray! Serve with or without butter. Enjoy!!

  • 1/2c Brown sugar
  • 1/3c Molasses
  • 1/2c Butter melted, and cooled
  • 2.0c Eggs
  • 3/4c Wheat Bran
  • 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2c Flour

  • 1.0tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1.0 Apple, grated
  • 3/4c Dried cranberries
  • 1/4c Chopped dates
