This is the dressing I used. It has a good mix of sesame and ginger flavor. You could add something with miso in it if you have that on hand.

I like a lot if garlic flavor so I did about 4 shakes of it.

And a little mrs. Dash. I try not to cook with salt very often and I find this adds a decent amount of flavor.

This seasoning is super versatile. I recommend it for lamb or steaks too. If you can't find this, add sesame seeds both toasted and non toasted and a little more garlic and granulated onions.

I used about two heaping tablespoons of brown sugar. But you can always adjust this to your preference.

After mixing the glaze, pour over the salmon in a gallon freezer bag. Really rub the marinade into the filets. Then store in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Rub glaze into filets and place onto a baking sheet. Broil on high in a lower shelf in the oven for about 15 minutes or until done.
