Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Gather your eggies.
Break into a medium sized bowl.
Add salt and pepper.
Add milk or cream.
Mix well with a fork or whisk.
Make sure the butter is melted and pan is hot.
Add egg mixture.
Stir more! Eggs will eventually start cooking, be patient.
When they are almost cooked with some raw egg left and looking like this...
Add another tablespoon or two of milk or cream...
And a tablespoon of butter.
Cook another couple of minutes, there will be some milk/cream left.
Serve and enjoy!
