Beautiful truffle. Use preserved truffles if you don't have access to fresh ones. You can get everything online these days.
Two eggs, butter, crème fraîche and fleur de sel.
If it doesn't come clean you have to brush it with some luke warm water and a proper brush. Or an old tooth brush.

Low heat and spatula is all you need
You will get there. You can always put the heat a little stronger if you'r in a rush.
Just take it off the heat if necessary
Starts to curd and gets thicker.
Get your gear together.
Cook it more if you feel like it. Do it your way
Pour in a bowl
Brown butter and fleur de sel
You got it. You can also add truffle oil if you feel like it. Whatever makes you happy
Don't let it get cold
Eat it with a spatula
Save it with your eggs or butter. It last about a week or two.
