Sort, rinse and drain lentils.
Heat olive oil in stock pot and add 3 Italian sausages, removed from casing and crumbled until browned (~5 min.)
Remove sausage and drain off fat. Add onions, celery, carrots & corn. Sauté 3 min.
Add sausage back into pot with garlic, broth, tomatoes and spices.
Bring to a simmer and add lentils.
Cover and bring to a boil. Turn to med-low and cook for 45 min.
Enjoy! Great freezer meal. (Serves 8-10)
