Peel all the santol.
Once peeled, get ready to chop them.
Chop each santol just enough for the sugar o sip in.
Chop all over and around the santol.
Prepare your wash sugar after you put all the peeled santol in the container.
Pour the 1 kg. of wash sugar on top of the santol.
Once ready, cover and allow 1 to 3 days to collect the syrup at the bottom of the container. Put about half inch of syrup in a glass, put cold water with ice and enjoy the taste!
