INGREDIENTS
These are the ingredients to cook Samp and Lamb Stew
Wash your hands
Boil the water and wash the samp then put it in a pot
Let it simmer for an 1hr and a half
Then drop one cube of Knorrox and a half of Solid Vegetable Oil and take a cup and take two spoons of Beef Onion Soup and add warm water then stir until it's not lumpy then pour it in
When you are done stirring the samp with the Soup you then let it simmer for half an hour then you are done with your samp
Take another pot and pour the oil then heat the stove and this is for the Lamb Stew
Cut the Lamb Stew,Onion and pepper then pour it in
Add bay leaves,oregano,black pepper,coriander,tomato paste and tomato onion mix then mix it
This is how it should look like
You can stir your samp when it is done

- 500g Samp
- 62.5g Solid vegetable oil filter
- 50g Beef Onion Soup
- Knorrox
- Lamb Stew
- 50g Tomato Paste
- Tomato Onion Mix in a can
- Oregano,bay leaves,coriander and black pepper
- Onion and Pepper
- Oil
- Aromat(optional)
