To modify these gummies add more or less honey and lemon juice or use a different type of berry.
Add salmonberries with juice to pot, bring to boil, then let simmer until the berries are soft, about 5-8 min.
Place berries in blender, blend on high.
Pour blended berries through strainer, allowing for seeds to be strained behind.
Pour gelatine into warm berry mixture slowly, while whisking vigorously to avoid clumping.
Pour berry puree onto a baking sheet (depth depends on how thick you like your gummies) covered with wax paper. Be sure to pour evenly.
Place pan in the fridge on a flat even surface. Allow to sit for about one hour. Then choose your gummy cutter shape.
Press cutters down firmly then peel gummy out. Ready to eat! Store in fridge to keep fresh and firm.

- 5.0Tbsp Honey
- 1/2c Gelatine (equal to about 6 packets)
- 2.0tsp Lemon Juice
