Russian Rye Bread 2 slices for each sandwich
Thinly sliced corned beef as much as you want for each sandwich. This will make 2 for me.
Sliced Swiss cheese. One slice for each sandwich
Jarred or fresh sauerkraut.
Mayonnaise
Russian dressing
Butter
Add slice of swiss cheese to one side. You could use 2 slices if you really like swiss cheese.
Top with about 4 generous slices of corned beef
Top with sauerkraut. Spread it equally.
Put top on
Butter both sides of sandwich
Lightly butter griddle
Grill on medium high heat until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted
I serve mine with kosher dill and potato chips.
