Make Rosemary & Honey Roasted Carrots


Preheat the oven to 190 degress.

Brush the carrots. Cut them in half lengthways pieces and put in a bowl.

Pour honey, olive oil and rosemary over the carrots and mix well so all the carrots are covered.

Spread the carrots on a baking tray

Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Turn the carrots once or twice.

  • 1/2kg Carrots
  • 2.0tsp Rosemary
  • 1.0Tbsp Honey
  • 1.0Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
