Wash vegetables

No need to cut carrots

Cut into strips

Cut onion and place on top of veggies


Cut pepper into strips

Rinse tomatoes, no need to cut

Arrange on sheet

Add Oil on top of veggies

Add seasoning to veggies


Add salt and pepper to taste


Cook at 425 for 20-30 min, stirring once

Serve with black beans
