INGREDIENTS

This is Tahini which I made at home. Take about half cup of sesame seeds and dry roast them till slightly brown. Then blend it into a paste using 1/2 cup olive oil.

Chickpeas/Garbanzo beans. My grinder is a bit small to grind all of em at once so im gonna grind em in 2 batches. Divide the ingredients accordingly. Now transfer the first batch into your grinder.

Roast one Red bell pepper in olive oil. I did so in my gas oven.

Now transfer to a bowl. Squeeze the juice of a lemon.  Drizzle some olive oil. Sprinkle red chilli powder and some roasted cumin powder.
