Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix oil, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl.
Wash Brussel sprouts. Trim them and cut in half.
Core the apple and cut in small pieces.
Add sprouts and apples to olive oil mixture.
Stir. Make sure to cover all sprouts and apples.
Layer the Brussels sprouts on a pan.
Roast the Brussels sprouts for 30-35 minutes.
While the the Brussel sprouts are cooking, mix craisins, sugar, vinegar and honey.
After it cooks drizzle the sauce on it and enjoy!

- 1.0tsp Garlic powder
- 0.0tsp Black pepper
- 2.0Tbsp Craisins
- 2.0Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1.0Tbsp Honey
- 1.0tsp Sugar
