In a large bowl, finely crush up one sleeve of ritz crackers
Mix in spices into the cracker mix
Rinse the scallops and pat them dry
Melt the butter in the microwave
Add lemon and wine to the butter and mix together
Quickly, before the butter cools, add scallops and mix so that they are evenly coated
Next mix in the ritz crackers
Pour into baking dish and put over any remaining ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 min
Serve with rice pilaf
