How to make risalamande

Risalamande "rice with almonds"; a traditional Danish christmas dessert. It is rice pudding, cream, vanilla, almonds and cherry sauce. A whole almond is added to, and who finds it wins a prize.

Whip the cream till it is light, but not like the "normal" whipped cream. And add that to the rice as well
