Let's get started
First step is to chill the loaf pan in the fridge
Second step is to preheat your oven to 180
Next step I put the 1/4 cup of butter into the saucepan to melt
You then cut off the ends of the mint leaves and spinach while the butter is melting!
Add your 6 eggs
Add mixture and stir thoroughly
You put your withered spinach and mint into the mixture and only the spinich not the butter
Hen you get the leftover butter from the saucepan and spread it all over your loaf tray
You add the salt and pepper into the mixture and stir. You place the mixture into the loaf pan and put it into the oven
Mixture in tray
Cover it with lid or tin foil
Put timer on for 30min
Messy messy messy! Time to clean
Never overflow your sink and always wash the dishes first so the ingredients don't stick to the bowls and spoons
Let it rest and put your tin on a stand do it doesn't burn the table
