In a saucepan add 1/2 a cup of rice and 5 cups of water
Boil for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked (stir occasionally so rice doesn't stick)
While rice is cooking mix in a bowl 6 tablespoons of custard powder and 1 cup of milk then mix ( Make sure there aren't any lumps)
Once rice is ready add 4 cups of milk 1/2 a cup of sugar and the custard mix in the saucepan
mix constantly on high heat until it thickens and bubbles
Pour into cups with a ladle and leave it to cool for 15 minutes then place in the fridge to chill
