Melt marshmallows and margarine
Add rice crispy and mix well
Smooth out the mixture, spreading it to an even thickness.
Put in the fridge for half an hour, then cut out hearts with the cookie cutter.
Add stick to each cookie, then add royal icing
And finally add some candy sprinkles
