INGREDIENTS
Cut up your 1-1/2 cups of rhubarb like so
Get bowl 1
Pour in a half cup of sugar
1 tablespoon & 1-1/2 teaspoons of flour
Now for your 1-1/2 cups of strawberries
Cut them up like so
Put them in the bowl with the white sugar and flour (bowl 1)
Mix it all together
Pre heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Pour the mixture in bowl 1 into a pie plate
In another bowl, (bowl 2) put in 3/4 cup of flour
Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar to bowl 2
Cut up your stick of butter (or half cup).
Add the butter to bowl 2
Get your half cup of rolled oats
Add this to bowl 2 as well
Mix the contents of bowl 2 with your pastry blender (or fork).

Add a generous pinch of salt to the mixture in the pie plate
Add the mixture in bowl 2 to the pie plate
Smooth the ingredients of bowl 2 over
Stick it in the oven
Set your timer to 45 minutes and wait
After 45 minutes take it out and this is what it should look like
OPTION: sprinkle some cinnamon over the top
Let it cool for 10 minutes
Another OPTION: Put vanilla ice cream on the top! 😋🍴
- 1/2c White sugar
- 1.0Tbsp All-purpose flour and
- 1/2tsp All-purpose flour
- 1/2c Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2c Diced rhubarb
- 3/4c All-purpose flour
- 1/2c Packed brown sugar
- 1/2c Butter
- 1/2c Rolled oats
- Pie plate
- 2.0 Large mixing bowls
- Pastry blender or fork
- 1/2c Packed brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
