Cut of the ends
Cut them in minor pieces
Put the weight at zero again
And weight up 200 grams of sugar
And put it in a pot
Take the ginger
Take two centimeters
Cook for 15 min.
Let it cool
It's great on ice cream, oatmeal etc.
