How to make relatively healthy oatmeal raisin cookies

INGREDIENTS
Gather your materials. Ignore the extra egg I have in the picture. I forgot to also take a picture of the 2 bowls, measuring cup and measuring spoons. Oh well.
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Whisk together the baking powder, whole wheat flour and all purpose flour in the smaller bowl.
In the larger bowl, put in oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs.
Mix them together.
Pour the flour mixture from the other bowl into the bowl with the brown sugar mixture. Mix them together.
Add the rolled oats and raisins to the mix.
Mix them together.
Put parchment paper on your cookie sheets.
I made 21 cookies, but it depends on how big you make them.
Grab about 2 tablespoons of dough. Flatten slightly and place on your cookie sheet.
Put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let them cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!

- 1.0c All purpose flour
- 2.0tsp Baking powder
- 2/3c Vegetable oil
- 2.0 Eggs
- 2.0tsp Vanilla extract
