In a large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
In a pot, boil potatoes until soft. Drain and set aside.
Cut steaks into 3/4 inch cubes, cutting away remaining bones and fat.
Sauté turnips in butter.
Boil carrots and celery!
In a large pot combine steak, broth, water, potatoes, Worcester sauce, garlic, bay, onion, turnips, salt, sugars, pepper, paprika, cayenne, oregano, and allspice. Simmer for 90 minutes.
Add carrots and celery and continue simmering!
Put in a bowl and enjoy!!!
