How to make red velvet pancakes

In a mixing bowl, add 2cups of red velvet cake mix, 1/3 cup of water & 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Mix batter until you get a smooth consistency.

If you want the batter thicker, add more cake mix a little bit at a time until you get the desired batter thickness you want. Or, if the current batter is too thick for you then add 1 tbsp of water.

Place your pan on medium heat & spray on Pam oil.

Stack your finished red velvet pancakes on a plate & sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Serve with syrup & your choice of breakfast drink (ie: coffee, mimosa, cranberry juice...etc)

Here, I cut out heart shaped butter & place it on top of the pancakes before serving the pancakes to my sweet Valentine. <3
