This is what your batter should look like!   Spoon it into a 12 holder cupcake tray, or individual moulds, or you can even make a cake!   One recipe makes 12-14 cupcakes.

You can ice them with a cream cheese icing by taking 8 ounces of cream cheese and adding 2 cups of sugar and some vanilla.
