INGREDIENTS
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Here are the ingredients: (red velvet box cake mix) 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 1 1/4 cups of water. Than you will also need, bowl, plate, frosting ( I used cream cheese frosting), chocolate.
I used white melting chocolate. You can used any chocolate you want .Color choice or brand. Up to you!
Here I used Betty Crocker red velvet. I used cream cheese as the frosting. Now I you do not like cream cheese frosting, this frosting did not taste like cream cheese. More like vanilla frosting.π
Direction. *You can use any frosting you would like as well*
Put the 3 eggs in a separate bowl.
Mix, until well combined.
Add the oil in. Than add the eggs in right after.
Mix the oil and egg together.
Until the mix looks like this.
Add the water and the cake mix as well.
Mix!
You can choose either a cake pan or muffin pan. Up to you.
I used a muffin pan instead. Felt it was easier.
I added cooking spray, but I know some people used crisco or crisco and flour. Whatever works for you.
Add the mixture in the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Or until the cake mixture is not liquid.
While I waited for the cake to bake I washed some dishes and listened to some music.
Cool for 10.
Place the cupcakes on a plate an transfer them to a bowl. The other cake mix was still baking.
Until the cake looks like this.
Add the frosting. I only used half of the frosting.
Mix with your hands or a spoon whatever you want. I used my hands.
Mix.
Make sure the cake is all mixed with the frosting and it looks like this.
Place the balls onto a plate and into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now melt your chocolate.
Use a glass bowl so you could melt them in the microwave for 30 seconds until the mixture looks like the next slide. You can also use a double broiler.

I used paper cups. Small paper cups.
