My husband Randy and I created this sauce. It came out amazing! As we perfect it, we'll update the guide.
Boil noodles of your choice & put it in a warm crock pot with a little water.
Cook meat of your choice. We used Tyson frozen chicken and added bouillon.
Simmer your choice of RED pasta sauce on low in a sauce pan. You can use one or two jars. Or even 1 jar of sauce and 1 jar of diced tomatoes.
Mix in your favorite wine to taste. We used half of this mini Sutter Home Moscato bottle.
Insert pasta sauce into a sauce pan
Chicken was a little dry so we added broth and let it simmer more & soak it all in. You can do this over heat or marinate over night.
Added 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic (equals 1 clove) to the sauce.
Added Old Bay seasoning to taste. (We're from Baltimore :-)
Everything else is made with salt. So we added Lemon Pepper (to taste) to the chicken & broth.
Add your choice/amount of cheeses to the sauce. We chose white & yellow American slices.
Add the chicken to the noodles with MOST of the broth. Don't want to make the red sauce too watery.
Add the sauce!
Lick the remaining sauce. It's really good :-)
Drink the rest of the Moscato.
Add a vegetable, candles, your sexy spouse and enjoy!
