Grab 4 Eggs out of your fridge and put them in a pot of water. When the water starts boiling, take it off the heat and let the eggs sit for 18 minutes covered.
Once the eggs are done, drain the water and peel off the shells.
Take a large pot and fill it up with water. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Then put the potatoes in the pot and boil for 25 minutes or until tender.
Add the mayo, mustard, vinegar and stir.
Then add the onion, celery, salt, pepper, and potatoes.
Mix the bowl gently until well blended. Finally add the egg slices and top with some paprika.... Enjoy your potato salad
- 6.0 medium sized Red potatoes
- 1/2c Hellmans Mayo
- 1.0Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 1.0 Onion
- 1.0 Celery stick
- 4.0 Hard boiled Eggs
- 3.0pch paprika
