Supplies. I'm pretty sure these index cards come in different colors too. You can use any paper but these are already cut to size. For me, that's more convenient.

You get four tags out of every card, so fold your card in quarters like this.

Now, to cut the corners evenly, hold 2 corners together like this so they're lined up but don't fold it completely.

Use your hole puncher in between the corners we just cut.

Be careful not to get too close to the edge of your tag when you punch the hole. The paper might rip later when you try to tie it onto your gift.
