Preheat oven to 180°C
Grease muffin pans
Thaw raspberries
Combine the sifted flour, sugar and chocolate in a bowl
Mix egg, melted butter and buttermilk or milk
Combine the dry and wet ingredients and lightly mix
Gently fold in raspberries
Spoon into pans and bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes
