Cut tomatoes, onions and cucumber into small pieces.

Finely grate the carrots.

Finely cut the chillies and coriander.

Mix all of these vegetables and add the yoghurt and salt (to taste). Mix well.

Done. This raitha goes well with rice dishes like pulao and biryani.

  • 1/4bnch Coriander
  • 400.0g Yoghurt
  • 1.0Tbsp Salt
