Here is what you need. For more details check the supply list.
Bring 9 cups of water to a boil. Remember: a watched pot never boils so occupy your mind with something else...
... like this! pour each jello packet into separate bowls or containers.
by that time you finish this task (and cleaning up the powder that didn’t make it into the cup/bowl) the water should be boiling.
Add a cup and a half of hot water to each of the jello containers.
Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. A little whisk works wonders but I didn’t have one that day.
Add a cup of vodka to each jello container and mix well. I used pinnacle whipped vodka, it makes them a little sweet. I used a cup and a half of vodka and equal parts water to make them stronger.
This is the end product when the mixing part is done.
Use a the funnel or a pitcher to pour the jello into plastic cups. Make sure you have a steady hand or someone around that does. The cups stick inside the freezer if they have jello residue on them.
Filled them bad boys up but not to the brim. If they are too full, when you put the lid on the liquid will over flow hence the steady hand comment on step 9.
Now place the lids on the cups and pop them in the freezer. I put them on a cookie sheet so they will chill flat.
Tada! I let mine sit for about two hours just because I like them extra firm. The flavors are strawberry, orange, island pineapple, lime, berry blue, and grape. Enjoy and drink responsibly.
