Make Quinoa Crusted Chicken and Baked Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS
Wash cauliflower in kitchen sink
Fill medium sized bowl half full of water
Add quinoa to bowl
Pour quinoa through strainer
Rinse quinoa with cool water
Place quinoa back into measuring cup
Pour quinoa into rice cooker
Add water to rice cooker
Pour quinoa onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
Use a spatula to spread quinoa into a even layer
Place in oven
Bake for 30 minutes
Once quinoa is done toasting remove from oven using pot holders
Scrap quinoa into a Tupperware dish
Measure out Dijon mustard
Add Dijon mustard to bowl
Add pepper to bowl
Add parsley to bowl
Mix mustard together
Add chicken to bowl
Use a spatula to mix the chicken and the mustard together so that the chicken is completely coated
Place one chicken breast at a time into Tupperware
Place lid into Tupperware
Shake to coat chicken
Chicken should be lightly coated
Place one chicken breast at a time into Tupperware
Place in oven an bake for 30 minutes
Take out of oven using pot holders
While chicken is baking start on cauliflower
Carefully using knife and cutting board cut the florets off of the cauliflower
Place cauliflower florets into a large bowl
Measure out olive oil
Pour olive oil over cauliflower
Pour lemon juice over cauliflower
Pour place pepper over cauliflower
Mix ingredients together so that its evenly coated
Peel skin off of garlic cloves
Place 2 cloves garlic at a time into chamber of garlic press
Hold garlic press over baking dish and squeeze handles together mince garlic. Make sure to the garlic even over the cauliflower
Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes
Take out of oven using oven mits
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on cauliflower
Set table with plates, forks, napkins, and cups
