INGREDIENTS
Tools: chopping board,knife, measuring jug, pizza pan/baking stone for pizza, drain, bowl, teaspoon, ladle/spatula/tablespoon or something else to mix up the dough, casserole.
Ingredients: almond flour, quinoa, olive oil, tomato sauce, cremini mushrooms, goats cheese, garlic, red onion, basil/rocket, garlic spice, salt
Add the quinoa to boiling water. Turn the heat down and let it simmer with a lid. Make sure the quinoa doesn't absorb all the water (should be a bit water left 1/2 tablespoons).
Drain the quinoa for excess water (but remember to leave 1-2 tablespoons of the water). Add olive oil, almond flour and spices to the bowl.
Mix together until it looks something like this.
Form dough into a round pizza on parcement paper with a little olive oil.
1.Using a pizza stone: put crust on the pre-heated plate. (read instructions for your plate). Other/pan: put crust on the pan w/brown paper 2. Heat(both sides) until golden. Turn after 10-15 mins.
Prepare topping while the crust is in the oven.
Cook for 5-10 mins after adding the topping (until golden).

- 1/2c Almond flour
- 1/4c Quinoa (uncooked)
- 1/2c Water
- 1.0tsp Olive oil
- Spice of choice
- Tomato sauce
- Goats cheese
- 1/2 Red onion
- 2.0 Garlic cloves
- 2.0 Cremini mushrooms
- Basil/rocket (as garnish)
