Wash the quinces after cutting in pieces taking out the center seeds they are hard ,leave the skins on .

On presser cooker add the sugar and the quinces Lemon juice Water close the cooker On top stove cook until the presser weasel cook for 5 minutes .

Take out of stove top let cool then use the hand blender To make the marmalade. Then place on glass jars or any dishes your favorites. Cover . Last for all year .

  • 1 kg of quinces
  • 1kg sugar
  • 3 tables spoon of water
  • 1table spoon of lemon juice
