Plus 1 cup of walnuts, 1 tsp baking soda and 1tsp cinnamon. Remember to use butter at room temperature. You want to use super ripe mushy banana for this recipe.

Mix all dry ingredients and put it a side.

I'm using fork to smash my banana. Make sure the banana reduce to mush.

Add butter, sugar, and eggs in the bowl. Mix everything together.

Pour flour ingredients to the bowl and mix it well.

Add crushed walnuts.

I line my pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture to the pan and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes if you using big pan. For smaller pan it take around 30 min.

Remove from the oven and let it cooled for 7-10 min before cutting it. This taste yummy hot or cold. Enjoy๐ Notes: you could also individually wrap then and freeze it.
