Cut avocados in half and spoon out its filling.
With a fork, mash the avocados. I prefer my guacamole chunky so I didn't mash them too much.
Drained a can of Rotel. Make sure you drain as much as the juices out as you do not want your guacamole to be watery. Add the tomatoes to the mashed avocados.
Add the minced garlic . I like to use about 3-4 garlic cloves.
Season it with salt and pepper, according to taste.
Mix it all together.
