Make sure you are using fresh basil.
All you need to do is shredd your cheese
Add all the ingredients to the blender ( you can toast the nuts for extra flavour )
Blend the mixture well
Now you have perfect pesto. It goes well with Everything! Keeps well in the fridge. Hope you'll love it :)
- 2.0c Basil leaves
- 2.0 Or more cloves of garlic
- 0.0c Nuts (classic with pine nuts)

- Salt and pepper
- 0.0c Parmesan or pecorino cheese
