Since this is "quick and easy" salsa I'm using canned tomatoes. The good thing about them is the flavor and color are pretty consistent and you can get them all year long.
Chop the green onions, cilantro, and jalapeños and stir them into the tomatoes.
Add 1 tsp salt.
And 1 tsp cumin.
Add the juice from two limes and stir all ingredients together.
Here's the finished product. Let it sit for an hour for the flavors to combine.
- 28.0oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 0.0bnch Green Onions
- 0.0bnch Cilantro
- 2.0 Jalapeños (depends on how spicy the jalapeños are)
- 1.0tsp Cumin
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 2.0 Limes
