Begin by getting out all of your ingredients. Ensure that your carrot and apple are grated if you have not already done so.
After that, preheat your oven to 350 degrees celsius.
In a separate large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, and cinnamon.
Next, create a well in the centre of the dry ingredients. Proceed in pouring the wet ingredients into the well. Stir until fully combined.
Following that, form the mixture into 1 inch sized balls, and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
