This is all you will need
Cut the chillies partially lengthwise and cut raw mango slices in small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chillies and raw mango slices and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the chillies and raw mango slices are cooked.
Turn the flume off. Add the pickle. I have used lemon pickle as it was handy but you can use whichever you have. Add extra salt if needed.You can add more pickle for more tanginess.
Quick achari Mirch/chilli pickle is ready to be relished with any bread. Enjoy!!!

- 250.0g Green chillies
- 4.0Tbsp Oil
- Salt as per your taste
- 5.0 Raw mango slices
- 4.0Tbsp Lemon achar/pickle or any other pickle
