Measure 9C of Crispx (I used the Shurfine kind because its cheaper) and dump it into a large bowl.

Put chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter into a small saucepan. Turn on high and stir constantly.

When it becomes relatively smooth, add vanilla and stir in. Make sure the sauce doesn't burn.

Dump sauce on cereal

Stir immediately so the chocolate doesn't cool. Make sure all the cereal gets covered. It should look something like this.

Put 1 cup of the powdered sugar in a paper bag. Dump chocolatey cereal on top. Add the last 1/2C of powdered sugar.

Empty bag onto a cookie sheet to cool and set. Enjoy!!!
