Make Pumpkin, White Chocolate Brownies


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Cream the butter and sugar with electric mixer - beat in the eggs one at a time, add in the rest of the ingredients - making sure that the melted white chocolate is incorporated well into the mixture

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes

Let cool completely before cutting into appropriate sizes.

  • 3/4c brown sugar
  • 1/2c butter
  • 4.0 eggs
  • 1.0tsp vanilla
  • 1/2Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2c pumpkin puree
  • 1/2c whole wheat flour
  • 1.0Tbsp baking powder
  • 8.0oz white chocolate melted
