Most of the meat will be in the bottom.
Use a dishcloth to dry the seeds.
Drizzle some oil, I used olive oil, on a piece of parchment paper.
And place the dry seed on the oil, and put them in the oven at 175 degrees in 30 min.
I like them very crisp.
And the salt while they are still hot.
You can eat them like this, use them as topping on soup or salat.
