Mix the pumpkin purée well with sugar.
Optional: cook tapioca until translucent and drain out the water. Add tapioca to the pumpkin mix

To make the sauce : Melt cane or palm sugar in boiling coconut milk and keep it chilled for serving.
Mixed cane sugar and topping with coconut cream and set aside.
Steam for 15 minutes to let the life flavor sink in
Optional : Dice taro roots or sweet potato to small chucks and boil with sugar until soften.
