Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line 2 12-cup muffin tins
Add pumpkin puree, water, oil, brown sugar and vanilla to your kitchen aid mixer
Once its well blended..
Add your flour
Then add your baking soda and salt
Stir in the chocolate chips
Distribute the batter evenly between the 24 cups. If you want to fill them high, it may only fill 20 of the cups.
Put in the oven and set the timer for 18 min, they may be done, or they may need a few more minutes.
When a tooth pick comes out clean, they are done
