As always gather necessary ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Start by melting the butter.
Next crush your graham
In a medium bowl. Add the butter to the graham to form the crust. You can also opt to use a ready pie crust as well.
Form the crust into a 9" springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and mix adding one egg at a time.
Remove 1-1/2 cups of the filling and set aside.
Add the pumpkin purée and all the other spices and mix.
Pour in the 1-1/2 cup of filling you set aside on the crust. Spread it evenly, then add the rest of the filling on top. Bake for 1 hour and let it cool for 3-5 hours before serving.
