First, preheat the oven to 350.
In a medium bowl mix the flour, spices, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside when done.
In a powered blender mix the eggs, sugar, and lightly melted butter together.
Add the pumpkin in after mixing the butter, sugar, and eggs well. Mix at medium speed until it looks fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients into the ingredients in the powered mixer.
Mix the ingredients slowly so the flour does not fly up. Pulse the powered mixer until the dry ingredients are wet and continue mixing.
Mix the ingredients together until they are all mixed well and distributed evenly.
Pour the batter evenly into the two butter sprayed bread pans.
If you would like to add nuts into the batter, add crushed up pecans into it and mix before putting the batter into the pan.
Cook the pumpkin bread on 350 for an hour.
After the bread has risen and baked. Let it cool for awhile. After it is done cooling, enjoy this wonderful pumpkin bread!
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 tsp of ground cloves
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 3 cups of gramulated sugar
- 3 sticks of butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 16 oz can of pure pumpkin
- Pecans (optional)
