How to make pumpkin bread

This is a yummy recipe and it's hard to go wrong. Be careful not to inhale the spices.

Then mixed together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, & cloves

For the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients little by little until All dry ingredients are gone

If it gets too thick, add milk or water to thin out.

Spray the sides of your bread pan with Pam or any kind of non-stick oil

Put your pumpkin mixture into the pan in spread it out evenly.

This is what mine looked like. And it smells delicious

  • 3/4c Brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2.0 Large eggs
  • 3/4c Pumpkin purée (mine was from Libby's)
  • 2.0Tbsp Canola oil (or apple sauce)
  • 1.0tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4c All purpose flour
  • 1/4tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 3/4tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8tsp Cloves (ground)
