INGREDIENTS

Toast 1 cup walnut pieces in a dry pan, or in a 350 oven on a cookie sheet for 5-10 min.

Make Streusel by combining: 5 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp salt Heat in microwave 30 sec

Blend streusel set aside

Mix Dry ingredients; 2 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1// tsp baking soda

Heat a can of pumpkin purée in a pan, add 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Reduce it down for 6-8 min

Remove from heat and add 4 oz cream cheese, a stick of butter, and 1 cup of each brown sugar and white sugar. Mix thoroughly

Whip in 4 eggs and. 1/4 cup buttermilk

Fold in the dry ingredients don't over mix

Add nuts

Pour in greased pan and top with streusel

Test by inserting a skewer in center if it comes out clean its done! Rest in pan for 20 minutes, remove and cool for another hour.

Cream cheese frostingl: 1/2 cup powdered sugar(just blend granulated sugar in a blender if you don't have any) 4 oz cream cheese 2 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp vanilla Mix thoroughly

- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 vegetable oil
- 4 oz cream cheese4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup toasted walnuts
- Frosting
- 1/2 powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 vanilla
- 4 oz cream cheese
